The SigmaStat has been discontinued, therefore, no support can be given any more for the application. Most likely, the server that handles the licenses is obsolete now. The company insists in acquiring SigmaPlot. This is the next version (upgraded one) of SigmaStat.

SigmaStat won't ever work on Windows 7 because the product has been discontinued. You will have to use the new version of the software called SigmaPlot. No, there is no version of SigmaStat compatible with mac because it was discontinued and its features were embedded into the new application called SigmaPlot. Sigmastat is a discontinued product. According to the official website, you will need to use Sigmaplot because there is no support for your product anymore. Access the official website and use that information to upgrade from Sigmastat to Sigmaplot. Additionally, remove Sigmastat, and then install it again using a fresh install.
I am doing a two way, repeated measures analysis of variance. If the main effects of time and group are significant, but the interaction is not, the program doesn't do a post analysis on individual cells, just an average by the time or groups. If the interaction effect is significant, it does the analysis I need. I need to know how to get it to determine significance between specific groups when the interaction wasn't significant. Can this be done?

There isn't any tool or option that will allow you to determine it when when interaction isn't significant. I recommend you contact the official developers for further information.
